The 2020 Inc. 500 list is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from the past three years (2016-2019). For us at Lean Staffing Solutions, this achievement reinforces our goal to continue growing as a company and providing the right business solutions for our clients.

1. Internal structuring of all the departments in each of our branches
As new clients joined the Lean Staffing Solutions Family, the demand for employees in operations increased significantly. Many new positions were filled, and new employees onboarded, while still maintaining the same high-quality performance our clients expect.
In the past 3 years, Lean Staffing Solutions has grown tremendously. In 2016, we had 14 staffers, since then, we have experienced a growth in our team of 2.924,29%, with a total of 1.600 employees to this day.
Managing a bigger operations team required widening the company’s administrative areas, which led to the need for internal structuring of all the departments in every city, escalating our growth even more.
2. High retention rate
Taking care of our employees and providing them with all the necessary tools to succeed is very important to us. Our employees feel cared for, and we provide a great work environment. This is why, our retention rate, in the past 3 years has been 97%.
We also offer opportunities for our employees to come together outside the office environment with fun activities. Lean Staffing offers our employees the opportunity to grow their professional career and gain more experience.

4. Nationwide operation
Lean Staffing Solutions expanded its operation and set up offices in four main cities of South America, Colombia: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, and Medellin. These cities were strategically selected as they provide fun activities, tourist sites, and talented individuals. Aspects that, all in all, give the best client-vendor experience and attract and an even bigger client base.
5. Specialized training tailored to specific fields and needs
During the past 3 years, our services have adapted and expanded, taking into account our clients’ needs. We have offered specialized training for employees to learn about Negotiation Skills and Carriers Sales, OS&D and Claims, as well as other specific areas of our clients’ operations. By providing advanced business solutions for our clients, their loyalty has increased, leading them to trust our process and continue hiring positions with our team.
6. Freight Forwarding Division
International transport is an area that many companies need help with as it represents unknown territory for most. At Lean Staffing Solutions, we added to our offering by creating an entire division dedicated to providing services for drayage, freight forwarders, and customs brokerage.
