TRANSITIONING

When Transitioning your project to Lean Staffing Solutions, our staff will be in contact with you in every step of the way and will always be available to answer your questions.

Phase 1:
Project Transition

In this phase, we will implement a Process Knowledge Transfer period, which will ensure the seamless transition of your project to Lean Staffing Solutions. Our Management Team will create a timeline and schedule meetings to ensure that your project is transferred over without creating any burden on your current operations.

Phase 2:
Project Management

During the project transition phase and until its completion you will have a single point of contact, the Implementation Manager, which will be responsible to communicate to you and supervise every phase of the transition. He/She will create reports and any documentation related to the job description and/or SOP. And if you don’t have a standardized SOP, he/she will create one for you.

Phase 3: Training

Training can be done by you directly through our different communication channels for example Google Hangouts, you can visit any of our facilities to train in-person, or utilizing our training staff at no additional cost. Our training department is at your disposal at anytime.

Phase 4:
Customer Relations

When you begin utilizing Lean Staffing Solutions, you can be assured of the very best in customer relationship management. During the course of the project, we will take feedback from you on a regular basis and implement the same in your project. Our Operations and Training team is always overseeing and ensuring the best in Quality for your project. At the same time they are always analyzing and looking for ways to improve on your current processes and procedures.
